Looks like I am following my new year resolution of posting another healthy starter, snack ,dinner .. whatever you may want to call. This is one of my favourites because of 2 reasons, one it’s healthy and filling another is that it’s spicy which is just perfect for winter. I make these momos very often and since they are steamed ,it’s very light on the stomach as well. The momos are wrapped in all purpose flour , but if you want to avoid that wheat flour is a good option as well. I have made momos using wheat flour and they are good to too. The covering will be a bit thicker when steamed than the all purpose flour. Other than that there is no other compromise on the taste !! Try both ways and see what suits you. The filling is generally raw but I prefer to sauté it for a few minutes . You can either use raw or sautéed veggies.
