Dahi Papdi Chaat is a very popular Indian Chaat. Its basically a mix of fried papdis topped with boiled potatoes , yogurt and a combination of different chutneys.
‘Chaat’ in hindi means to lick, probably which you will end up doing:-) This is one of my favourites and I would end up choosing to eat this at Anand Sweets{a popular eatery in Bangalore}. The only problem I had with his chaat was that it used to be too sweet for my taste. I require lots of green chilli chutney to make it more spicy. It had been a long time since I ate this and probably time to make it at home ๐ ย This popular North Indian recipe is usually uses just boiled potatoes, but I have made a marinade of some spices to top up the chaat to give it a different twist.
