Mango & Banana Smoothie a great thirst quencher, loaded with goodness to perk up a tiring day. It’s made with Soymilk, enhancing its taste and nutritional value.
Smoothies….mmmm…Of late I am trying a lot of these. Smoothies fills up the tummy for a long time and hence restricts binging in between meals. Wow!! And added to it, I have replaced the sugar content with honey. Since fruits are naturally sweet, there is no need to overload it with heaps of honey or sugar. Also, I have used soy milk. Using soy milk is good, but moderation is key. I am currently using 500 ml of soy milk for 3 persons/per week. Since I am new to soy milk, I am limiting my usage. Anyways, apart from that…I loved the combination of Mango & Banana. It blended quite well with soy milk, resulting in a thick smoothie. If you would want to thin it, use water or more of soy milk/milk. I made this just before my son came back from school. He enjoyed it and is curiously waiting for the next flavour 🙂
